Colour, length or thickness not quite right? Don't worry - we offer easy exchanges & returns within 30 days! You CAN remove the set from the package & hold up against your hair to check the shade & length - just be sure to keep the Gorgeous hygiene tag/seal intact around the top of the goods in case of an exchange or refund. Need help with a colour swap? We have a free colour match service if you are unsure on which shade to swap to!
Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Any claims or complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery date, all returned orders will include $15 shipping handling fee.

Refunds & Returns At Gorgeous Hair we understand it can be hard choosing the perfect set online. We offer easy 30 day exchanges & refunds. Follow our Quick & Easy Colour instructions. For refunds, Send the product back in original condition and we'll credit your Paypal/credit card or bank account the total amount of your order, minus shipping incurred by Gorgeous Hair and minus a $15AU handling fee for returns. Refunds take 4-5days to be completed once returned to our warehouse. To qualify for a refund the set must be returned in unused condition due to Australian hygiene regulations. We cannot refund or exchange extensions that have had the Gorgeous Hair Gold & Black seal around the top of wefts removed or altered.
Can I take the extensions out of the package? Please keep a hold of your tracking number you have used to send the product back to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product safely to us. Extensions CAN be removed from their package and held up to your hair to ensure correct colour, but the seal around the wefts cannot be broken.
If a parcel is lost on its way back to us we will not be held responsible and you will have to contact Australia Post, or your shipping provider with your tracking number, and claim on their insurance.
What do I do if I need to exchange?
1. Please contact us first, send us an email to .com with the reason you would like to exchange or return your item. Please do not send back your parcel until you have heard back from us.
2. Include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your full name, address, email address, phone number, and order number. This ensures we can locate your order and all details.
3. Safely package the unopened hair extensions so that they are not damaged.
4. Please make sure to send them back using a postage method that insures you for the full cost of the item. Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected parcels.
5. Please include a self addressed express satchel for us to send your exchange to you.
6. Once your return item has been received your exchange item will be posted back to you the same day. All items must be returned in their unopened, original, undamaged packaging or an exchange/return will not be issued.

All hair extensions & dyes are different. You cannot guarantee your product will produce the same results from brand to brand. We do not cover any costs nor take any responsibility for any issues you may encounter during or after the dying/toning process as we cannot be sure how your specific product reacts or the method in which it was applied. Always test your dye/toner one small piece of hair first to ensure it gives you the results you want.
Dying/toning is considered drastic modification of the product as these products contain quite harsh chemicals that may effect the feel, condition & lifespan of your set. It may increase the chance of dryness, shedding, tangling & breakage. Our hair goes through a long dying and bleaching process to get it to our fabulous shades. Like most human hair extensions, please do not attempt to bleach or lighten your
Gorgeous Hair as they may become damaged.
